What is Hopper?

A Sri Lankan home-cooked dish made from rice flour and coconut milk.It is cooked in a special pan like a baking dish, and has a crispy outside and chewy inside, with an addictive taste that comes from the sweetness of coconut.The set includes three side dishes that recreate the flavors of Sri Lanka, a soup of the day, a salad bar, and tea flow.
